Today I am thankful for my high school guidance counselor, Mr. Vega, and his wonderful wife. They are truly wonderful people. He helped me to go to college and he has been there for my family a lot. He has a heart of gold.

Today I am thankful for my new nephew, and first ever!  He was born at the end of August and he is the cutest thing ever.

I haven't had the opportunity to meet him yet since I don't live in the same area and he decided to come AFTER I left but I forgive him, with a smile like that how could you not?

Today I am thankful for my family. My parents aren't in great health right now and that really stresses me out. We aren't a tight-knit family but when it comes down to it, we are there for each other.

Everyday I am going to write what I am thankful for since it is the month of Thanksgiving.  Today I am thankful for my wonderful fiance, I can't imagine life without him. We have been dating for 2 years now but it feels like it has been way longer.

First ever post as a blogger

With this blog, my aim is to help people save money and find deals as well as give advice on things that I have experienced. Even though I am young I have been through quite a bit and I want to be able to help others, no matter their age, race, or gender. I have always wanted to start a blog but never knew how to. Google is making it easy and I'm so excited to do this. If anyone has any advice or tips I am open to them.
